Pizza Omelette

    Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 12 slices pepperoni sausage
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Cookware:
  • Medium bowl
  • Whisk
  • Large pan
  • Spatula
Instructions:
  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl with milk.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook. Remove before the egg fully cooks, leaving it a little runny.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce over half of the eggs. Add pepperoni and mozzarella.
  4. Fold in half and cook a little more.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Brief:
I was in love with this recipe for a while. It just makes a perfect brunch. Try it with different pizza toppings and have fun with it. The secret is to keep the eggs a little uncooked, leaving it moist.
